As a former multi-sport athlete specializing in football and track &amp; field, I earned All-American honors as a running back and set multiple high school and collegiate records. I hold a degree in Exercise Science and began my professional career as a strength and conditioning coach at Northeastern University and with the Boston Blazers professional lacrosse team.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"627\" data-end=\"1025\">Throughout my career, I\u2019ve trained thousands of athletes\u2014many advancing to Division I and professional levels\u2014while also spending 22 years teaching physical education in Plymouth. My training philosophy goes beyond physical performance; I believe in developing the body and mind together.
